Help us clear the fishing trail, and clear invasives growing at the Acton Canoe Launch. Meet at 9AM Saturday August 24, finish by 11 before it gets too hot. Bring water, work gloves, clippers, and boots good for mud. Please contact Joe Holmes (Joseph.Holmes@alum.mit.edu, 978-635-1982) if you can come, so I know how many are coming.

Please join the Acton Land Stewards on Tuesday October 29, 2019 10AM to 1PM (sorry for the very short notice, and a weekday at that) as we clear brush growing in along the edge of the meadow at Morrison Farm. Tasks include: Hauling brush and logs out of the meadow; Cutting down small trees which the mower can not reach; Removing rocks which have rolled off the stone walls into the meadow; and Chainsawing to clear big downed trees. Work Party at the Acton Canoe Launch
Help us clear the fishing trail, and clear invasives growing at the Acton Canoe Launch. Meet at 9AM Saturday August 1, 2020. finish by 11 before it gets too hot. Bring water, work gloves, clippers, boots and mask. Some jobs are near poison ivy, and some far from it. We can space people out so they are as safe distances.
